                Here are a few things you can do to help {{ $vName }} overcome the procrastination trap:
            </p>

                    Ask them about their experience with the program so far
                </li>
                <li>
                    Motivate them to at least start the first module today (Each module takes only 5 to 10
                    minutes to complete)
                </li>
                <li>
                    Remind them that they don’t need to quit smoking just yet. They can continue smoking till
                    the last day of the program
                </li>
                <li>
                    If they still have concerns, suggest that they reach out to their coach for help
                </li>
            </ul>

                Do keep following up with them regularly until they make some progress. People are far more
                likely to complete their tasks if they are accountable to someone (especially a loved one).
